Our Pricing Principles

We have a unique and, we believe, a much more attractive and fair pricing structure for our tours. We do generally not have a fixed price list, because we are not trying to sell you a fixed package. Instead, we want to tailor the tour to your wishes and expectations. And we make it all-inclusive. No surprises, no “nickel-and-diming”. Therefore, we do price each tour depending on your exact requirements, the date, the duration, the number of people and how far you want to go on the snowmobile. Perhaps you want to include dog-sledging, cross-country skiing, shooting with rifles or heliskiing? Let us know. Perhaps you want to stay in a luxurious, modern cabin? Or in the Icehotel? No problem. Just tell us what you expect, we will prepare a tailored agenda.

Having said this, in response to popular demand, we do offer a fixed tour, just click the button to see it. This is for a fixed date with a fixed agenda and a fixed price. So if you prefer to join on this tour, we will be happy to welcome you!

So how much!?

We will provide you with a quote as soon as we have your inquiry, but as you surely want to have an idea right now, expect an all-inclusive price ranging from 600 EUR/day/person, depending on length of tour, number of guests, etc. But that is it. This is the all-inclusive price, with a snowmobile per person (i.e. 2 guests will not need to share one snowmobile!), fuel, all food and drinks (non-alcohol, for most part), accommodation, etc.

As one example, you can join our spectacular 8-day, 3-country set tour in April 2024 which, all inclusive, costs only 4230 EUR.

Planning ahead!

Please be aware that the availability of the best quality accomodation in this region is very scarce. We know of them all, and have excellent connections, making it possible for us to secure the best locations at the best dates. However, the more in advance you can book, the better possibility we have to offer you the desired tour. It is advisable to book in August-September for a spring tour! (yes, it is THAT much in demand to go to this region.) But also bookings on short notice are perfectly OK, you just might need more flexibility in the exact itinerary.

When to go?

This region has plenty of snow from November through April. However, as a general rule of thumb:

November-December has no daylight, but it is bright also at night due to the glow of the snow and the clean air. The snow is plentiful and soft. A really cosy a enjoyable period. Temperatures are typically between -10 C to -20 C.

January-February is getting much more daylight, but is the cold period. Temperatures of -20 to -30 or common, although you can have -10 to -15 as well.

March-April is the peak period. Typically lots of sunshine, Temperatures range in the balmy region of 0 C to -10 C.

Tours are perfectly feasible throughout the above periods, depending what you wish to experience. If you are unsure, ask us for recommendations!
